You can organize your tickets using color coded labels. Only administrators are able to create and delete labels or change label names. 

Setting up labels

On the board or list view, click the ellipse (...) button, then click the Change Labels button.

Creating or Modifying Ticket Labels

When your Fuseboard account is setup, we setup seven color labels. You can change the text for each by clicking next to the desired color and enter your label text. Your changes will automatically save.

Adding Labels to Tickets

From the board view, click the snapshot icon on the card to view the ticket snapshot. You can then change the labels by clicking the labels (located under the ticket name at the top) and checking the suitable labels. You can also do this from the ticket details area by opening up a ticket and clicking on the label(s) located under the ticket name at the top.
