When organizing your tickets, you have two options. You can manage tickets as a list or as a board. You can easily toggle between the view options and even set a default view in Your Settings area. 

Board View

The board view displays all of your open tickets with each column representing a state. You can drag and drop tickets between each state. You can filter tickets by label and by ticket owner. You can also switch from Full to Compact view within the board view, in order to see more of your tickets listed on the screen.

When you hover over the card, a menu will appear that will allow you to view a snaphot, add an update, assign a task or attach a document.

Ticket Snapshot

When you click the ticket snapshot icon, a small summary will appear with details such as description, labels, status, projected date and members. You can delete the ticketl by clicking the {{trash}} icon or view the ticket by clicking  the View Details button.

List View

The list view displays all tickets along with priorities, ticket numbers, states, and age. You can filter by status and ticket owner, and can sort your tickets by Name, Priority, Creation Date, or Last Updated.
