Applying a Template to Add Tasks to a Deal, Project, or Ticket

As mentioned earlier, you can apply a specific template when you are adding/creating the specific deal, project, or ticket.  However, if you forgot to do so, no problem!  You can apply a template afterwards by following the steps below.

  • Click on the ellipse (...) button at the upper right, and then select the option to Apply Template.
  • Once you have clicked on Apply Template, the Apply Template overlay window will open allowing you to select the appropriate template for this specific deal, project, or ticket . 

Note: Only Administrators are able to create templates.
