What is available from the client portal?

Clients can view tickets and projects they are assigned to as members. Once they are members, they can see updates, documents, tasks, milestones and comments you share with them. Also, the contact information for the owner of the ticket or project is displayed.

Can clients reply to emails and have reply added to Fuseboard?

Currently, this feature does not exist. We believe email interaction is essential and scheduled on our roadmap.

Does the client portal work on mobile or tablet devices?

Yes, we understand clients need access no matter what device.

Do clients receive an email when they are added as a member?

Yes, if they are a not a member, they will receive an invitation to create an account. If they already have an account, they will receive an email notifying them they have been added as a member to a ticket or a project.
